This endowment was created in honor of the aunt and uncle of Shepherd alumnus John Reynolds '64, who made it possible for John to begin his career with the federal government by offering him affordable housing in their basement apartment when he moved to Washington, D.C. Charles and Sarah were both graduates of Shepherd College graduates.
