Betty Lowe `52 was instrumental in obtaining a portrait of Catherine Weltzheimer, which hangs in Popodicon’s front hallway. Weltzheimer (1765-1823) is noted to be a “prominent” woman of Shepherdstown by the Shepherdstown Historic Society. Sam Levitan Photography
