Scholar Spotlight with Chloe Bailey
This week our Scholar Spotlight is on Chloe Bailey, a junior political science major from Buffalo, WV. Chloe is the recipient of the James S. Hafer Memorial Scholarship named in honor of a former Shepherd College political science and history professor in support of political science majors. In addition to her Foundation scholarship, Chloe recently earned the Judith A. Herndon Fellowship to intern at the Capitol during the spring semester.
“Receiving the James S. Hafer Memorial Scholarship has allowed me to focus more on my degree and less on the financial challenges of attending college,” said Chloe. “I am grateful to have received this scholarship and work ever day to honor Dr. Hafer and continue his legacy.”
