Scholar Spotlight: Accounting Major Tara Mallow

This week the Scholar Spotlight shines on Tara Mallow, a senior accounting major from Upper Tract, WV. Tara is the recipient of our Accounting Scholarship, which began as a custodial account for Shepherd’s accounting department and then became endowed in 1994.

“Receiving this scholarship has allowed me to further my education with ease,” says Tara. “It has also given me the additional confidence to pursue my goal of becoming a certified public accountant.” She will be honored for her academic achievements at Shepherd’s 67th Annual Student Recognition Day on April 21st.
