New Scholarship Established in Support of Education

Established in memory of Rachel Nicole Campbell, the Rachel Campbell Norfolk Memorial Scholarship will support students pursuing a degree in elementary education with an interest in special education.

Rachel was a member of Shepherd’s Class of 2013. During her time at Shepherd, Rachel studied early childhood education and was active in Alpha Sigma Tau. Following her time at Shepherd, Rachel earned a master’s in special education and taught kindergarten for 10 years.

The Rachel Campbell Norfolk Memorial Scholarship will ensure that Rachel’s commitment

to learning and passion for helping students reach their potential continues through future generations of educators.
