In the wake of another successful post-season run by the Shepherd University Football team, the Ram Gridiron program is dedicated to continuing fundraising initiatives that will provide vital support for recruiting, retention, and competitive benefits- both in conference and nation-wide.
One such initiative is the renovation of the existing locker rooms in Boone Field House located at Ram Stadium. Shepherd University is honoring the legacy of the late Walter Barr by naming this project in recognition of his passion and devotion to Shepherd football.
This $60,000 campaign will allow the following improvements:
- new lockers and furniture upgrades
- technology enhancements including WIFI connectivity with TVs and sound system
- fresh paint and murals
- plumbing upgrades
- new flooring
